How Round 3 unfolded

WOW, didn't Round 3 of the NBL and WNBL throw up some doozy results?

Just when you were ready to pencil in a Perth-Melbourne NBL grand final - one FOX commentator already declared as much - New Zealand spanks United and Cairns smacks Perth.

Adelaide emerges, Illawarra bounces back and Sydney looks in deep doggy-do.

And while Townsville and Melbourne looked to have two WNBL finals berths sewn up prior to Round 3's tip-off, defending champion Sydney piped up, and grand finalist Dandenong also made a statement.

Here's how the results panned out. And just like that, there's not an unbeaten team left in the NBL and WNBL. Nor a team without a win.
