Raptors are Cavs' cadavers

YES that’s right. Matthew Dellavedova is so tough he can injure his ankle and STILL make an assist before limping away.

Delly is Aussie grit personified. You wonder why Cleveland Cavaliers fans love the Maryborough Maestro?

Have a look at the Cavs’ Vine link and you’ll understand.

Cleveland continued to make the NBA’s Eastern Conference Final look like an almighty mismatch today, again burying Toronto 108-89.

In the process, the Cavs now have won 17 straight games against Eastern opponents which is the best winning streak ever under the current playoff format.

Cleveland also is just the fourth team in NBA history to go on a 10-0 run to start the postseason, on par now with the Los Angeles Lakers (1989, 2001) and San Antonio Spurs (2012).

Megastar LeBron James stacked the stats sheet today with 23 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists for his 15th career triple-double in playoff matches.

That now is second only in NBA history to LA Lakers magician Earvin Johnson with 30.

King James’ scoring overtook Shaquille O’Neal to move him to No.4 on the all-time postseason list behind Lakers Kobe Bryant and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

Michael Jordan sits on the No.1 pedestal.

For rookie coach Tyronn Lue, the postseason also has been personally rewarding. By guiding the Cavs to 4-0 series wins over Detroit and Atlanta and a 2-0 start against Toronto, he enjoys the longest unbeaten streak by any coach at the start of their playoffs career.

Can the Raptors do much about the Cavs’ onslaught in Game 3?

“We're not quitting,” Toronto coach Dwane Casey said in, perhaps, one of the most predictable quotes of the playoffs so far. (What’s he going to say: “We’re done? We’re finished? We plan to forfeit Games 3 and 4?”)

But can they stop the Cavalier rampage? The short answer starts with an “N” and is followed by the next letter in the alphabet.
