FIRST up, let me say thank you to the many people who have inquired and queried what has happened to B.O.T.I. for the past week or so.
This time a week ago I was among the gathered throng at the Free Throw Foundation's fund-raising lunch and Boomers coach Andrej Lemanis was hitting it out of the park as guest speaker.
Unfortunately, later that same day I experienced some severe chest pains and breathing difficulties which finished up with me at in an emergency hospital bed.
I won't bore you with any more details except to say it was great to be released vertically this week, as opposed to horizontally, the less-preferred option!
If I can allow myself the smallest indulgence, I was pretty pleased to be able to keep producing daily stories - hell, Grand Final week is the worst time of the year to be struck down, let's be honest - and interviewing the relevant people so our News Corp coverage didn't miss a beat.
Sadly though, by the evenings, I was too bushed to churn anything out for B.O.T.I. and for that, I apologise. I just didn't want to be the first News Corpse.
Yes, I have a strong view on the Abby Bishop situation and also had some thoughts on the Wildcats-36ers Championship, and even Undertaker losing at WrestleMania XXX which hopefully I can get to soon.
I do have these random thoughts in my laptop which I have to get out cause I'm bursting!
